When you're pregnant, it's hard to manage a proper diet. Because pregnant women aren't only feeding themselves, they eat more food then they normally would. They're pretty much eating for two. Frozen products - This includes foods like pre-made frozen pies and just about any other frozen product that you can buy off the shelf at a grocery store. Remember that you and your unborn baby are eating the same thing. So, be careful what you eat.
